Pappardelle - Egg-based pasta originated from Tuscany region of Italy.
It goes well with a variety of sauces, but it is best served with a thick meaty sauce.
Linguine - Linguine means ‘little tongues’ in Italian and it originated in Genoa and the Liguria region in Italy. It is best served with a light seafood sauces and oil or cream based sauces. We serve it as a Linguine Vongole.
Ravioli - Italian style dumpling! Usually made in a square shape, stuffed with a cheese or a meat filling served with a tomato or a cream sauce. Our Lobster Ravioli is a must try!
Campanella - which means "Bellflowers” in Italian, originated from Puglia. The hollow center is for capturing sauce. it is best served with a think sauce.
